Don Gibbens has been my computer expert for over 20 years.  He was located near us when we first began, but then moved to Tucson a few years ago.  I will admit to some questions as to whether the relationship would still work, but thanks to his ingenuity and patience we have been able to solve the few problems that have arisen. He is so knowledgeable, and I feel completely confident with any recommendations that he makes. He is reasonable and does not try to sell something his customer does not need. I highly recommend him to someone looking for a user-friendly computer technician.  Just hearing his calm voice on the phone sends my blood pressure down 20 points!
