We first worked with GE Computing when we moved into our new home, Always a great experience! I was new to computers and Don has superb patience and the ability to make his explanations easily understood. When he announced he was moving from California to Tucson I was concerned as to where we would get our computer advice (we live in a very rural area.)He believed he could take care of us by using Team Viewer and it has been an excellent solution. I called Don about an internet connection question, and through conversation, I realized that his services for my computer were what I needed not internet. He was able to help me that day, explained exactly what was necessary to change on the computer, made changes and gave me insight on other computer information!!
